Here is a neat piece. This is a small size baseball bat made by Louisville Slugger. It is a shrunk down style that measures 16 inches in overall length. In the center, it has the Louisville Slugger stamp. Towards the barrel, it has the embossed signature stamp of "Herb Thomas". Herbert Mark Thomas (May 26, 1902 – December 4, 1991) was a right-handed minor and major league baseball player and minor league manager. Although his major league career lasted only three seasons, 1924, 1925 and 1927, for two different teams, the Boston Braves and New York Giants, his minor league career spanned 17 seasons. He played professionally in three different decades. The bat displays well. The first image show it compared to the size of a dollar bill.
