Here is an original card from the 1970 Topps "Super" set of Baseball Cards. The 1970 Topps Super Baseball Cards set consist of 42 players. The over sized baseball cards measure 3 1/8" x 5 1/4", and were sold in packs of 3 for .10 cents. This is #30 which is the card of Jim Fergosi. James Louis "Jim" Fregosi (April 4, 1942 – February 14, 2014) played for the Los Angeles / California Angels (1961–1971), New York Mets (1972–1973), Texas Rangers (1973–1977), Pittsburgh Pirates (1977–1978) ans was the manager for the California Angels (1978–1981), Chicago White Sox (1986–1988), Philadelphia Phillies (1991–1996) and the Toronto Blue Jays (1999–2000). During his career, he was a 6 time All-Star (1964, 1966–1970), Gold Glove Award (1967) and the Los Angeles Angels retired his No. 11 jersey number and he is a member of the Angels Hall of Fame. He signed the card on the front with an ink pen. It comes in an acid free holder for display and preservation.
