Here is an original card from the 1970 Topps "Super" set of Baseball Cards. The 1970 Topps Super Baseball Cards set consist of 42 players. The over sized baseball cards measure 3 1/8" x 5 1/4", and were sold in packs of 3 for .10 cents. This is #39 which is the card of Lou Brock, of the St. Louis Cardinals. Louis Clark Brock (June 18, 1939 – September 6, 2020) was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame with the class of 1985. During his career, Brock was a 6 time All-Star (1967, 1971, 1972, 1974, 1975, 1979) and 2 time World Series champion (1964, 1967). He won the Roberto Clemente Award (1975) and was also an 8 time NL stolen base leader (1966–1969, 1971–1974). The St. Louis Cardinals retired his No. 20 jersey number and is a member of the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame. It comes in an acid free holder for display and preservation.
