He was inducted into the Professional Football Hall of Fame with the class of 1979. Bryan Bartlett Starr (January 9, 1934 – May 26, 2019) played for the Green Bay Packers (1956–1971) and was a quarterback coach for the Green Bay Packers (1972) and then the head coach for the Green Bay Packers (1975–1983). During his career, Starr was a 2 time Super Bowl champion (I, II), 2 time Super Bowl MVP (I, II), 5 time NFL champion (1961, 1962, 1965–1967), the NFL Most Valuable Player (1966), First-team All-Pro (1966), 3 time Second-team All-Pro (1961, 1962, 1964). He was also a 4 time Pro Bowl (1960–1962, 1966), 5 time NFL passer rating leader (1962, 1964, 1966, 1968, 1969), 4 time NFL completion percentage leader (1962, 1966, 1968, 1969). He was a member of the NFL 1960s All-Decade Team, the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame. The Green Bay Packers retired his No. 15 jersey. It has been graded by the SGC Company. They have rated the card as a 4, which stands for Very Good to Excellent Condition. It is encapsulated in their casing for display and preservation.
