Complete Set of 1934 Goudey Baseball Cards with 2 Lou Gehrigs

Here is one of the coolest sets of baseball cards from the 1930's. This is the 1934 Goudey Baseball Complete Set (96). The 1934 Goudey Baseball Card set includes 96 cards that measure 2 3/8” by 2 7/8”. The card fronts feature a color reproduction photo. 84 of the cards have a blue "Lou Gehrig Says” design at the bottom of the card, and there is a red "Chuck Klein Says” designs for the other 12 the cards. The card backs have a short biography that has supposedly been written by Lou Gehrig or Chuck Klein. Cards numbered 73-96 are more difficult to find and command a slight premium, while cards 1-48 are found to be more common. This 96-card complete set of 1934 Goudey baseball cards comes in a 3 ring binder. Two cards have been graded by SGC. Includes: #'s 1 Foxx (PR), 2 Cochrane (GD/VG), 6 Dean (PR-pen), 7 Durocher (FR), 10 Klein (PR-pen), 11 Waner (VG), 12 Hubbell (PR), 13 Frisch (GD), 18 Manush (GD), 19 Grove (PR), 21 Terry (FR-stain), 22 Vaughan (PR), 23 Gehringer (PR), 27 Appling (VG), 37 Gehrig (SGC Poor 1), 61 Gehrig (SGC Poor 1), 62 Greenberg (PR), 90 Cuyler (GD/VG). Grades 12% VG to VG/EX, 49% FR to GD, 39% Poor (one trimmed). This set isn't a mint one but still displays well and isn't $25,000.
