JAPANAZIS COVER! D.C. Comics Superman #18 from 1942 CGC .5

What a cover! Here is an original issue of D.C. Comics Superman issue 18 from September-October 1942. It has Off-White to White pages. This book features a Lex Luthor appearance and also contains a half-page ad for Wonder Woman #1. It has the World War II cover by Fred Ray. The scene shows Superman riding a bomb with the fighter planes in the background. What makes it really stand out is the wording in the lower right hand corner. It states "WAR SAVINGS BONS AND STAMPS DO THE JOB ON THE JAPANAZIS". It is crafted with John Sikela art. CGC notes, "Eight center wraps missing." The book has been professionally graded by the CGC Company and they rated it as a .5 Condition which stands for incomplete Condition. It is encapsulated in their holder for display and preservation.
