What a cool piece of Milwaukee Brewers history! This piece came from the personal collection of hall of famer, Paul Molitor. Paul Leo Molitor (born August 22, 1956), nicknamed "Molly" and "the Ignitor", is an American former professional baseball player and manager. During his 21-year playing career in Major League Baseball (MLB), he played for the Milwaukee Brewers (1978–1992), Toronto Blue Jays (1993–1995), and Minnesota Twins (1996–1998). Molitor was a first ballot Hall of Famer with the class of 2004. During his career, Molitor was a 7 time All-Star (1980, 1985, 1988, 1991–1994), World Series champion (1993), World Series MVP (1993), 4 time Silver Slugger Award (1987, 1988, 1993, 1996). He was also the AL Manager of the Year (2017) and the Milwaukee Brewers retired his No. 4 jersey number and he is in the American Family Field Walk of Fame, the Milwaukee Brewers Wall of Honor and the Major League Baseball All-Time Team. This is one of the awards he received for his excellence. This is the 1989 Milwaukee Brewers Hitting Excellence Award Given to Paul Molitor. It is a battery operated framed clock used to recognize Paul Molitor "for hitting excellence" in 1989. Coming from the Brewers, it is the "Harvey Kuenn Award." The piece measures 14 inches by 19 inches in overall size. The battery is missing and has some acid residue so i assume it no longer runs. If you want a piece given to one of the best Brewers of all time, then this is for you.
