Here is an original card from the 1963 Fleer set of Baseball Cards. The 1963 Fleer Baseball set consists of 66 cards, each measuring 2-1/2" by 3-1/2". Unlike prior Fleer sets, the 1963 issue honored the day’s current players in full color (as opposed to Hall of Famers or former superstars); the remainder of the card was white, with his name, team and position appearing at the bottom border. Another noticeable difference was the set’s size, as a lawsuit filed by rival card manufacturer Topps forced Fleer to stop production at one series of 66 cards. This is #25 which is of New York Yankee, Bobby Richardson. New York Yankees (1955–1966)
He had the career highlights and awards
of being an 8 time All-Star (1957, 1959², 1962–1966), 3 time World Series champion (1958, 1961, 1962), World Series MVP (1960). It is in nice displaying condition with a good look. It has been professionally graded by the SGC Company and they rated it as a 6, which stands for Excellent to Near Mint condition. It comes in their acid-free holder for display and preservation.
