Ryan was an 8 time All-Star (1972, 1973, 1975, 1977, 1979, 1981, 1985, 1989) and a World Series champion (1969). He was the 2 time NL ERA leader (1981, 1987) and an 11 time Strikeout leader (1972–1974, 1976–1979, 1987–1990). The Los Angeles Angels retired his No. 30 jersey number and the Houston Astros retired the No. 34 as did the Texas Rangers. He is a member of the Angels Hall of Fame, as well as the Houston Astros Hall of Fame and the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame. He was honored as a member of the Major League Baseball All-Century Team and holds the Major League Baseball record with 5,714 career strikeouts and 7 career no-hitters. It has been graded by the PSA Company. They have rated the card as a 4, which stands for Very Good to Excellent Condition. It is encapsulated in their casing for display and preservation.
