He was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame with the class of 1972 and was the youngest player ever inducted. During his career, he was a 7 time All-Star (1961–1962, 1963–1966) and a 4× World Series champion (1955, 1959, 1963, 1965). He took home the NL MVP (1963) and was a 3 time Cy Young Award (1963, 1965, 1966) and a 2 time World Series MVP (1963, 1965). He won the Triple Crown 3 times (1963, 1965, 1966) and was also a 3 time MLB wins leader (1963, 1965, 1966) and a 5 time NL ERA leader (1962–1966) and 4 time MLB strikeout leader (1961, 1963, 1965, 1966). He pitched a perfect game on September 9, 1965 as well as Pitching four no-hitters. The Los Angeles Dodgers retired his No. 32 jersey number. He was honored as a member of the Major League Baseball All-Century Team and the Major League Baseball All-Time Team. The card was professionally graded by the BVG Company and they rated it as a 4, which stands for Very Good to Excellent. It is in their acid free holder for display and preservation.
