Here is an original card from the 1941 Play Ball set of Baseball Cards. This is #70 which is of Bill Dickey of the New York Yankees. William Malcolm Dickey (June 6, 1907 – November 12, 1993) was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame with the class of 1954. Dickey was an 11 time All-Star (1933, 1934, 1936–1943, 1946) and a 7× World Series champion (1932, 1936–1939, 1941, 1943). The New York Yankees retired his No. 8 jersey number and is a Monument Park honoree. It has been graded by the PSA Company. They graded the card as a 6, which stands for Excellent to Mint. This is a high grade for this card. It is encapsulated in their casing for display and preservation.
