Here is a fine looking original baseball card #134 from the 1951 set from the famous Bowman baseball card company. This one is of Warren Spahn. Warren Edward Spahn (April 23, 1921 – November 24, 2003) was an amazing pitcher that was inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame with the class of 1973. Spahn was a 17 time All-Star (1947, 1949–1954, 1956–1959, 1961–1963) and a World Series champion (1957). He won the Cy Young Award (1957)8× NL wins leader (1949, 1950, 1953, 1957–1961)3× NL ERA leader (1947, 1953, 1961)4× NL strikeout leader (1949–1952), Pitched two no-hitters. The Atlanta Braves retired his No. 21 jersey number and a member of the Braves Hall of Fame. He was honored as an American Family Field Walk of Fame and the Major League Baseball All-Century Team. The card is very nice with vivid colors to accent the cool design. It has been professionally authenticated and graded by the SGC Company and they rated it as a 2.5, which represents a grade of Good+. It is encapsulated int heir holder for display and preservation.
